Milkyway’s First Intelligent Low-carbon Hazardous Chemical Logistics Base is Officially Put Into Operation
近日，由密尔克卫集团倾力打造的首个智能低碳危化品物流基地密尔克卫鼎铭正式投入运营，标志着密尔克卫在园区智能化、低碳环保上迈出了坚实的一步，继续在化工物流赛道上夯实基础，扩大一体化中心的布局。
Recently, Milkyway’s first intelligent low-carbon hazardous chemical logistics base—Dingming, was officially put into operation, marking a solid step for Milkyway in the yard intelligent, low-carbon environmental protection. Milkyway will continue to solidify chemical logistics track foundation and expand the integration center’s layout.
基地已取得危险化学品经营许可证

密尔克卫鼎铭危化品基地经过专业的技改后，仓库各项设施设备都已通过有关部门的各项审批和验收、并获颁危险化学品经营许可证，于2023年6月1日正式投入运营。
After the professional technical reform of Milkyway Dingming Hazardous Chemical Base, the warehouse’s all facilities and equipment have passed the examination, approval and inspection of relevant departments, and the base has obtained the hazardous chemical management license and officially put into operation starting from June 1st, 2023.
基地位于上海市浦东新区良乐路98号，毗邻洋山港、外港及浦东机场，位置得天独厚，是集进出口海空运交通功能协同一体化区域，可提供仓储（恒温）、分装（自动化分装）、进出口集装箱装拆箱中转、堆场、配送、ISO TANK清洗等一体化化工供应链服务。
仓库总占地面积：28000㎡，其中甲类仓库：1500㎡，乙类仓库：6000㎡，丙类仓库：3000㎡；乙类罐装车间：1500㎡，丙类清洗车间1200㎡。
With excellent geographical advantage, the base is located at No.98 Liangle Road, Pudong New Area, Shanghai, adjacent to Yangshan Port, Wai Port and Shanghai Pudong International Airport. It is a synergistic integration area for import and export sea and air transportation functions, and can provide integrated chemical supply chain services such as warehousing (constant temperature), sub-package (automatic mode), import and export container loading and unloading transit, yard, distribution and ISO TANK cleaning, etc. The total area of the warehouse is 28000㎡, including Class A warehouse of 1500㎡, Class B warehouse of 6000㎡and Class C warehouse of 3000㎡; Class B tank workshop of 1500㎡and Class C cleaning workshop of 1200㎡.
集团首个智能无人基地

密尔克卫鼎铭将在2023年10月1日前完成密尔克卫首个智能无人基地的改造，通过自研发的智慧园区系统平台（YMS），将人、车辆、货物、仓库等信息实现互联互通。外来人员或车辆通过平台预约入园，减少车辆的待时，避免现场人员的流动，实现现场无行人的动态安全管理。并且外来提货车辆可以通过YMS App上的运单发布信息，轻松实现园区内回程货配载，大大降低了车辆空车回程的成本，提高园区的综合服务能力。
Dingming plans to reconstruct Milkyway’s first intelligent unmanned base by October 1st, 2023 and realize the information interconnection of human beings, vehicles, goods and warehouses through the self-developed Yard Management System (YMS). External people and vehicles can enter the yard by YMS appointment to reduce the waiting time of vehicles and avoid the flow of people on site, realizing the dynamic safety management without pedestrians on site. Furthermore, through the waybill information released on YMS App, the external pickup vehicles can easily realize the return cargo stowage in the yard which greatly reduces the cost of empty return and improves the yard’s comprehensive service capacity.

密尔克卫鼎铭将在2023年年底前实现首个现场弱照明运作的低碳黑灯基地。目前园区内正在建设智能微电网，通过自研发的能源荷载均衡系统，将太阳能转化为电能进行储能后均衡供给。基于无人基地管理系统，整个园区内仅需保留必要的弱照明即可满足夜间运营及法规要求。多年来,公司积极推动仓储、运输工具装备低碳转型，扩大新能源、清洁能源在供应链各领域应用，致力于成为合作方绿色转型的服务者、产业链绿色转型的引领者，城市绿色转型的协同者，携手上下游合作方，共同迈向更可持续的“双碳”未来。
By the end of 2023, Dingming will realize the first low-carbon unlighted base operated by low-energy site lighting. The intelligent micro-grid is under construction and the solar energy can be converted into electrical energy for storage and balanced supply via the self-developed energy load balancing system. Based on the unmanned management system, only the necessary weak lighting needs to be retained throughout the yard to meet nighttime operational and regulatory requirements. Over the years, Milkyway has been actively promoting the low-carbon transformation of warehousing and transportation facilities, expanding the application of new energy and clean energy in various fields of the supply chain and is committed to becoming a service provider of partner’s green transformation, a leader of supply chain green transformation, a collaborator of city green transformation.
